Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our products are digital downloads, delivered instantly after payment, so purchases are generally not refundable once the file has been delivered.

You will get a full refund if:

• the payment succeeded but the download could not be delivered (we refund these automatically), or
• you were charged twice for the same order, or
• the file is broken and we cannot fix it within 3 days.

Failed payments: if money was debited but the payment failed, it is returned automatically by your bank or the payment partner, under RBI rules usually within 1 to 5 working days. Please do not pay again for the same order while a payment is pending.
